1. It's strictly forbidden for metal blocks to enter into the machine otherwise it will damage the grinding rollers and grinding rings even the center hanger.
2. Material charging should be uniform, no sudden quick speed or sudden slow speed. It's strictly prohibited for bulk materials to enter into the flour milling machine.
3. Operating staff should often clean and maintain the machine lubrication.
4. When closing down of wheat milling machine, you should stop material charging first, make the principal machine keep running to mill the residual grinding materials. After about one minute, you can close the main motor and analyzer motor, stop the working of the machine, and then stop the blower motor in order to blow the residual flour clean.
